Some great football players have walked the halls of Cincinnati (Ohio) Colerain High School, but none better than defensive back Eugene Clifford. Clifford, the No. 1 prospect in the state of Ohio and a Buckeye commitment, draws that kind of praise from Colerain assistant Tom Bolden who is handling much of the coaching duties with former Cardinal coach Kerry Coombs now as assistant for the Cincinnati Bearcats.

Clifford committed to Ohio State on Sept. 21 over scholarship offers from Michigan, Florida, Florida State and many others.
