Stanford gets Louisiana RB

Rivals.com Football Recruiting Baton Rouge (La.) Catholic running back Jeremy Stewart has decided to play college football in the Pac-10. The 5-foot-10, 200-pounder made his decision during the weekend.
Stewart picked the Cardinal over Northwestern.
"I committed to Stanford yesterday," Stewart said. "It was a tough decision. I really liked the coaches from Northwestern. I just think Stanford was overall the better fit for me. I liked their offense a little bit better in terms of how I fit in and all.
Early playing time also was a factor.
