It's hard to say that a three-star prospect who had a dozen offers is underrated, but that's exactly what Alden Tofa is. The West Jordan standout is an incredible football player who has big things in store for him in the future. He has the size, the athleticism and the strength to become a dominant defensive lineman in Provo. Simply put, he's the kind of guy that BYU didn't have in 2016 that they desperately needed.

Tofa was also recruited by UCLA, Oregon, Utah and a whole mess of other schools. BYU has been been thought to be the leader for a long time but a late push from Utah brought some concerns among BYU fans. Fortunately for the Cougars, everything was sealed up during Tofa's official visit to BYU last weekend. Whenever he gets on campus, look for him to make an instant impact. He's a special player.
